古澤先生は分子細胞生物学、分子情報学、免疫学を研究分野とし、次世代シーケンサーを用いて生体の遺伝子発現制御にかかわる分子メカニズムの解析を進めています。
この連載では近年ますます注目の高まる腸内細菌から考える私たちの健康との密接な関係について、最新の学術知見を交えてわかりやすく解説していただきます。

A new series has started on our website and in our email newsletter.
Professor Yukihiro Furusawa from the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Toyama, will be serializing articles under the title "Topics on Gut Microbiota and Health."
Professor Furusawa's research fields include molecular cell biology, molecular informatics, and immunology. He is advancing analysis of the molecular mechanisms involved in gene expression regulation in living organisms using next-generation sequencers.
