【学会発表】第22回国際栄養学会議にて乳酸菌KDPに関する研究発表が表彰されました
千葉大学（日本）における研究グループが「Cholesterol lowering and anti-obesity effects by the combination of heat-treated lactobacillus KDP and guar gum in mice fed a high-fat diet（加熱処理乳酸菌KDPとグアーガムの併用による高脂肪食摂取マウスのコレステロール低下および抗肥満効果）」と題して、乳酸菌KDPの最新の研究成果について第22回国際栄養学会議（22th International Congress of Nutrition, ICN）で発表を行い、発表者が”Young Investigator Excellent Abstract Award”を受賞しました。
国際栄養学会議は、国際栄養科学連合により4年に一度開催される国際会議で、日本では、1975年に京都市で開催された第10回国際栄養学会議についで、47年ぶり2回目の開催となりました。今回の会議は2022年12月6日～2022年12月11日の日程で、東京国際フォーラム（東京都千代田区）で開催されました。
