Exhibition: Vitafoods Asia
Daiwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd exhibited at “Vitafoods Asia” which was held at Asia World-Expo in Hong Kong, September 3 and 4, 2014. This exhibition specializes in dietary supplement and functional food industries in Asia, and about 200 companies exhibited.
Daiwa exhibited their own functional food materials, including BioBran, NKCP and Rice Kefiran, and received various inquiries from visitors. It was the second time that Daiwa attended this exhibition, and this time attracted more attendees to its exhibition booth as compared to the previous year. In the presentation sessions, Dr. Masahito Hitosugi M.D., Ph.D. Professor, Department of Legal Medicine, at Shiga University of Medical Science, gave a presentation titled “Effect of Bacillus Natto Products on Blood Pressure and Subjective Symptoms in Patients with Lifestyle Diseases” to introduce the benefits of NKCP. This presentation attracted a large audience.
Daiwa will continue to make efforts to develop the market in the rapidly expanding Asian regions.
