Exhibition: Health Food Expo, Ingredients and Contract Manufacturing 2014
Daiwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. exhibited at “Health Food Expo, Ingredients and Contract Manufacturing 2014” held at TOKYO INTERNATIONAL FORUM (Tokyo, Japan) May 8 and 9, 2014. This B-to-B exhibition specializes in ingredients and contract manufacturing for health food and dietary supplements. This was the 15th year of this annual exhibition.
Daiwa exhibited their line of products including BioBran (Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound) and NKCP (Purified Filtrate of Bacillus subtilis var. natto culture), which were both created based on traditional Japanese foodstuffs. There were many inquiries about these products from the exhibition attendees.
In the corporate presentation sessions, Daiwa made a presentation titled “Effectiveness of NKCP (Purified Filtrate of Bacillus subtilis var. natto culture) and BioBran (Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound)”. This seminar demonstrated a hypotensive activity for NKCP, a protective effect against irradiation from BioBran, and the efficacy of BioBran for multiple myeloma.
