として好まれるのも理にかなっているわけですね。塩ゆでしてそのまま食べることが多い枝豆ですが、あえ物やごはんなどにしても色鮮やかです。また、東北地方の郷土料理の「ずんだ餅」は、枝豆をすりつぶして作りますが、蒸し暑い季節に最適なお菓子と言えるでしょう。
