“综合医学展2006”（由CMP日本株式会社主办）于1月18日（周三）和19日（周四）在横滨太平洋市（西区港未来）举行。大和制药株式会社（东京世田谷区;社长二宫康夫）展出了“Biobran”和“NKCP”，并发表了题为“米糠阿拉伯诺基基衍生物（BioBran）的生物保护作用”的研究报告。
◎ 与新谷弘美博士的特别讲座合作，在场馆展示了我们的主要产品
新谷弘美博士（美国爱因斯坦大学医学院外科教授），曾出现在热门电视节目中，并因其著作《如何生活而生病》（Sunmark Publishing）成为畅销书而受到关注，他于1月22日星期日在东京国际论坛（由Healthy Wave主办）举办了特别研讨会（新年特别研讨会）。我们公司这次再次同意了该项目，应主办方要求，当天展出了关键资料（BioBrann、NKCP等），并在当天在场地分发宣传资料，收到了许多热情的提问和意见。

[2] 整合医学医师培训学校成立
整合医学将现代西医（手术、药物、检测等）与其他补充和替代医学（草药、补充剂、针灸等）结合起来，以最佳方式满足每位患者的需求，2006年将是日本整合医学的历史性一年。
这是因为“综合医学学校”——一所专注于整合医学的教育机构——将于五月开设，开始培训从事整合医学的医生。
讲师包括学校负责人川岛明、东京女子医科大学副教授，以及已经从事整合医学工作的医生、护士和药剂师。
执业医生需接受一年整合医学理论与实践的教育。
过去，有些人在咨询补充和替代医学时可能遭遇过被直接拒绝的经历。拒绝的原因各不相同，其中一个原因是医学教育中整合和补充替代医学的内容不足。
从这个意义上说，建立一所专注于整合医学的医生培训机构可以被视为开创性。

「統合医療展2006」（主催：ＣＭＰジャパン株式会社）が1月18日（水）・19日（木）、パシフィコ横浜（横浜市西区みなとみらい）で開催され、大和薬品（株）（東京都世田谷区・二宮泰夫社長）は、「バイオブラン」と「ＮＫＣＰ」の出展に加え、「米ぬかアラビノキシラン誘導体（バイオブラン）の生体防御作用」と題した研究発表も行いました。
◎新谷弘実博士の特別講演会に協力し、会場に主力商品を出品
人気テレビ番組に出演し、また著書「病気にならない生き方(サンマーク出版)」がベストセラーになるなど、いま時の人として注目されている新谷弘実博士（米国アルバート・アインシュタイン医科大学外科教授）の特別セミナー（新春スペシャルセミナー）が、1月22日（日）、東京・国際フォーラムで開催されました（主催：ヘルシーウェーブ）。当社では、今回もこの企画に賛同し、また主催者の要望もあり、当日会場に主要素材（バイオブラン、NKCP等）の展示や販促物の配布などを行い、熱心な質問や意見などをたくさんいただきました。

■【新連載】統合医療新着情報
【2】統合医療の医師養成塾が開講
現代西洋医学（手術、薬、検査など）とそれ以外の補完代替医療（漢方薬、サプリメント、鍼灸など）を患者さんに応じて最適な形で組み合わせるのが統合医療ですが、2006年は日本の統合医療にとって歴史的な年となるでしょう。
統合医療の教育機関である「統合医療塾」が5月に開講し、統合医療を実践する医師の養成を始めるからです。
講師を担当するのは、塾長の川嶋朗・東京女子医大助教授ほか、すでに統合医療に従事している医師、看護師、薬剤師ら。
現役の医師である塾生に対し、統合医療の理論と実践について1年間教育をします。
これまで、医師に補完代替医療について相談したら頭ごなしに否定された経験をお持ちの方がいるかもしれません。否定する背景はさまざまですが、医学教育の中で統合医療や補完代替医療の内容が不十分なことも挙げられます。
その意味で、統合医療に携わる医師の養成機関の発足は画期的なものといえます。
塾そのものは患者対象ではありませんが、講師陣は他の方法で一般向けに統合医療の普及・啓発にも取り組むとのこと。
すでに昨年10月から統合医療をテーマとしたラジオ番組を始めました。
私たち市民、患者としても、その活動に注目したいものです。

The "Integrative Medicine Exhibition 2006" (hosted by CMP Japan Co., Ltd.) was held on January 18 (Wed) and 19 (Thu) at Pacifico Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama). Daiwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President Yasuo Ninomiya) exhibited "Biobran" and "NKCP," and also presented a research presentation titled "Bioprotective Effects of Rice Bran Arabinoxylane Derivative (BioBran)."
◎ Collaborated with Dr. Hiromi Shintani's special lecture and showcased our main products at the venue
Dr. Hiromi Shintani (Professor of Surgery, Albert Einstein University School of Medicine, USA), who has appeared on popular TV programs and is gaining attention as a bestseller with his book "How to Live Without Getting Sick" (Sunmark Publishing), held a special seminar (New Year's Special Seminar) on Sunday, January 22, at the Tokyo International Forum (hosted by Healthy Wave). ■ [New Series] Latest Information on Integrative Medicine
[2] Physician Training School for Integrative Medicine Launched
Integrative medicine combines modern Western medicine (surgery, medication, testing, etc.) with other complementary and alternative medicines (herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture, etc.) in the optimal way for each patient, and 2006 will be a historic year for integrative medicine in Japan.
This is because the "Integrative Medicine School," an educational institution specializing in integrative medicine, will open in May to begin training doctors who practice integrative medicine.
The instructors include the head of the school, Akira Kawashima, Associate Professor at Tokyo Women's Medical University, as well as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists already engaged in integrative medicine.
For practicing doctors, students receive one year of education on the theory and practice of integrative medicine.
In the past, some people may have had the experience of being outright rejected when consulting doctors about complementary and alternative medicine. The reasons for denial vary, but one reason is that the content of integrative and complementary alternative medicine in medical education is insufficient.
In that sense, the establishment of a training institution for doctors involved in integrative medicine can be considered groundbreaking.
Although the school itself is not for patients, the instructors are also working to promote and raise awareness of integrative medicine among the general public through other methods.
Since last October, we have already started a radio program themed around integrative medicine.
As citizens and patients, we want to pay attention to these activities.
