我们公司以开发从传统日本成分中提取功能性的原创产品闻名，如“Lenin Plus 1000”和“NKCP”，于4月20日星期日在东京品川东一大厦举办了“第四届药房与药学研讨会”。
这是继去年十月举办的第三届活动之后的第二场活动，参与者众多，包括药房及其所有者、药剂师及其他人士。
这次，延续上次，来自茨城县小松制药的小松和文先生将以“保护身体的免疫系统的发展、成熟与衰退”为主题，讲解免疫细胞按年龄段的演化以及肠道与大脑之间的密切关系。
该报告聚焦于“肾功能”，涵盖肾脏血流、肾小球滤过、激素分泌与调节，强调每日血压控制的重要性以及注意过量盐分和动物脂肪摄入。
接下来，我们的销售部门将从本月开始推出新发布的“Kefira”。
该产品的主要成分“米克菲兰”是一种植物基产品，通过培养并浓缩来自传统高加索长寿命克菲尔的乳酸菌，并置于米料基材中制成。它不含脂肪，且含有的黏液多糖克菲兰含量是自制日本克菲尔的250倍。

[27] 部门符号的放宽
医疗机构招牌和广告上显示的科室名称由医院和医生从预定的37个专科中选出，如“内科”和“外科”。然而，有时很难判断医生是否仅用“内科”或“外科”这两个词来针对其症状进行治疗。
因此，从4月1日起，科室名称的规定已大幅放宽。现在可以招聘将以下四个元素之一结合在现有科室名称中——身体部位（如胃肠道或肝脏）、患者年龄、性别（女性、老年人等）、治疗方法（内镜、放疗等）、症状、疾病名称（癌症、糖尿病等）的新科室广告。
也就是说，可以在招牌或广告上写出“肝脏外科”“女性泌尿科”“中医内科”“肿瘤内科”等诊疗科名称（注）。
虽然不是复合科，但“病理诊断科”“临床检验科”“急诊科”也被认可了。
但是像“男性产科”这样的组合是不被认可的。
此次厚生劳动省公布的组合例中没有列出，但如果将来“补充替代医疗内科”或“整合医疗内科”被标榜，也会成为就诊时有益的信息。
注：此次的规范放宽仅针对院外的标示和广告。
院内用的标示（诊疗室的指示牌或主治医生一览表等）不适用。
作为院内用标示，传统上已有“急诊门诊”“中医门诊”“替代医疗门诊”等。

「レンチンプラス1000」や「エヌケイシーピー」などの日本の伝統食材から機能性を引き出したオリジナル商品の開発で知られる当社は、4月20日（日）、東京・品川・イーストワンタワーで「第４回薬局薬店様セミナー」を開催しました。
これは、昨年度10月の第三回に次ぐもので、薬局薬店経営者や薬剤師など多数の参加者がありました。
今回は、前回に引き続き小松薬品（本社茨城県）の小松和史氏が、「体を守る免疫系の発生、成熟、衰退 」と題し、前回の復習もかねて年齢層ごとの免疫細胞の推移や腸と脳の密接な関わりについて解説。
また「腎臓の機能」を中心として、腎血流や糸球体ろ過、ホルモンの分泌や調節について述べ、日ごろのからの血圧コントロールが重要であり、塩分や動物性脂肪の過剰摂取に注意する必要があることを強調しました。
引き続き、当社営業部が今月から新発売の「ケフィーラ」について紹介。
同品の主原料である「米ケフィラン」がコーカサスの伝統的な長寿食ケフィア由来の乳酸菌を米成分培地で培養・濃縮した植物性の生成物であり、脂肪分を含まず日本の自家製ケフィアの２５０倍に相当する粘質性多糖ケフィランが含まれていることなどを解説しました。
今後も製品に関する正しい情報や健康関連の情報を広く伝え、薬局薬店関係者様、医療関係者様とのコミュニケーションを高めるために、第五回セミナーをはじめ、これ以外にも講演会、講習会等を開催していきたい（二宮社長）としています。
◎米ケフィラン”配合の「ケフィーラ」・「LK500」を新発売（4/21～）しました。
当社はケフィア由来の乳酸菌をお米で培養・濃縮した新素材”米ケフィラン”を配合した顆粒タイプの健康補助食品「ケフィーラ」、「LK500」を4月21日(月)から新発売いたしました。
両製品とも当社のオリジナル素材”米ケフィラン”を1袋あたり500mg配合。
副原材料にもこだわり、プロバイオティクスに酪酸菌、プレバイオティクスにオリゴ糖を配合し、飲みやすい顆粒に仕上げました。
「ケフィーラ」は主に相談薬局ルート、「LK500」はドクタールート限定品として販売します。
「ケフィーラ」および「LK500」は”米ケフィラン”の研究開発開始から８年を経て完成したもので、薬局、クリニックからすでにたくさんの引き合いがきています。

【２７】診療科名の表記法が緩和
医療機関の看板や広告に出ている診療科名は、「内科」「外科」など、あらかじめ決められた37科から病医院や医師が選んでいました。けれども「内科」や「外科」という表記だけでは、自分の症状に合った診療をしてもらえる医師なのかどうか、判断に困ることがありました。
そこで、4月1日から、診療科名の決まりが大幅に緩和されました。既存のそれぞれの科名に、次の4つの要素のいずれかを組み合わせたものを、新しい科名として広告できるようになりました‐‐体の部位（胃腸や肝臓など）患者の年齢、性別（女性、老年など）診療方法（内視鏡、放射線治療など）症状、疾患の名称（がん、糖尿病など）。
つまり、「肝臓外科」「女性泌尿器科」「漢方内科」「腫瘍内科」といった診療科名を、看板や広告でうたえるというわけです（注）。
組み合わせではないのですが「病理診断科」「臨床検査科」「救急科」も認められました。
ただし「男性産婦人科」のような組み合わせは認められません。
今回厚生労働省が公表した組み合わせ例には入っていませんが、将来「補完代替医療内科」や「統合医療内科」が標榜されるようになれば、受診にあたって有益な情報となるでしょう。
注・今回の規制緩和はあくまで院外の掲示や広告が対象です。
院内用掲示（診察室の案内表示や担当医一覧表など）にはあてはまりません。
院内用掲示としては従来から「救急外来」「漢方外来」「代替医療外来」
などはあります。

Our company, known for developing original products that extract functionality from traditional Japanese ingredients such as "Lenin Plus 1000" and "NKCP," held the "4th Pharmacy and Pharmacy Seminar" on Sunday, April 20, at East One Tower in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
This was the second event following the third event held in October last year, with many participants including pharmacy and pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and others.
This time, continuing from last time, Mr. Kazufumi Komatsu from Komatsu Pharmaceutical (headquartered in Ibaraki Prefecture) will explain the evolution of immune cells by age group and the close relationship between the gut and brain under the theme "The Development, Maturation, and Decline of the Immune System That Protects the Body."
Focusing on "kidney function," it covered kidney blood flow, glomerular filtration, hormone secretion and regulation, emphasizing the importance of daily blood pressure control and the need to be cautious of excessive salt and animal fat intake.
Next, our sales department will introduce the newly released "Kefira" starting this month.
The main ingredient of this product, "rice kefiran," is a plant-based product made by culturing and concentrating lactic acid bacteria derived from traditional Caucasian long-life kefir on rice component media. It contains no fat and contains 250 times the amount of mucous polysaccharide kefiran compared to homemade Japanese kefir.
Going forward, President Ninomiya plans to widely share accurate information about our products and health-related information, and to strengthen communication with pharmacy and medical professionals, we plan to hold the fifth seminar, as well as other lectures and workshops.

Our company has launched granule-type health supplements "Kefira" and "LK500," which contain the new material "Rice Kefiran," which is a cultivated and concentrated lactic acid bacteria derived from kefir in rice, and "LK500" starting Monday, April 21.
Both products contain 500mg per bag of our original ingredient, "Rice Kefiran."
We are particular about auxiliary ingredients, blending probiotics with butyric acid bacteria and prebiotics with oligosaccharides, creating easy-to-drink granules.
"Kefira" is mainly sold through the consultation pharmacy route, while "LK500" is sold exclusively through the doctor route.

[27] Relaxation of the Notation of Departments
The department names displayed on signs and advertisements at medical institutions were chosen by hospitals and doctors from a predetermined 37 specialties, such as "Internal Medicine" and "Surgery." However, it was sometimes difficult to judge whether the doctor would provide treatment tailored to their symptoms using only the terms "Internal Medicine" or "Surgery."
Therefore, starting April 1, the rules for department names have been significantly relaxed. It is now possible to advertise new departments that combine one of the following four elements in each existing department name—body part (such as gastrointestinal tract or liver), patient age, gender (female, elderly, etc.), treatment method (endoscopy, radiation therapy, etc.), symptoms, disease name (cancer, diabetes, etc.).
In other words, it means that department names such as 'Hepatic Surgery,' 'Female Urology,' 'Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine,' and 'Oncology Internal Medicine' can be displayed on signage or advertising (note).
Although they are not combinations, 'Pathology,' 'Clinical Laboratory,' and 'Emergency Medicine' have also been approved.
However, combinations like 'Male Obstetrics and Gynecology' are not allowed.
Although it is not included in the combination examples released this time by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, in the future, if departments such as 'Complementary and Alternative Medicine Internal Medicine' or 'Integrative Medicine Internal Medicine' are advertised, it would provide useful information for patients.
Note: The regulatory relaxation this time applies only to external displays and advertisements.
It does not apply to internal signage within the hospital (such as guidance signs in examination rooms or lists of attending physicians).
As for internal signage, there have traditionally been 'Emergency Outpatient,' 'Chinese Medicine Outpatient,' and 'Alternative Medicine Outpatient,' among others.

We reached the eighty-eighth night (Hachijuhachiya) at the beginning of May. It is the 88th day counted from Risshun (the beginning of spring) and is said to be the day to part with the remaining cold.
