去年十一月，我们在天津开设了中国办事处。
我们办公室开展本地市场调研，收集各类法律法规和许可程序的信息。我们已从办公室获得信息，并正与天津、北京及其他地区的多家制药公司洽谈产品处理合同。
公司已在美国、欧洲和泰国设立本地子公司开展销售活动，亚洲除新加坡、马来西亚等东南亚国家外，也将通过与当地企业的业务合作，全面开始在印度开展销售。
◎ 美国本地子公司在补充剂相关会议上展出
我们美国本地子公司大和健康发展公司在加利福尼亚圣地亚哥举办的第五届年度天然补充剂循证更新展（由斯克里普斯综合医学中心主办）上展示了其主要产品，该活动于1月17~20日在加利福尼亚圣地亚哥举办，历时三天。
Scripps是一家总部位于圣地亚哥地区的非牟利组织，提供健康服务，向临床医生、护士和药剂师等医疗专业人员提供关于补充剂的新见解和信息，以及信息和案例研究。
DHD展示了含有Biobran（稻糠阿拉伯氧基衍生物）的医疗产品“BRM4”，参观者表现出极高的兴趣，他们收到了热情医生的各种提问。

[24] 从职业视角看整合医学的流动
在医疗环境中，拥有更高级知识和技能的“专科药剂师”日益活跃。在癌症领域，有“癌症专科药剂师”和“认证癌症药物治疗药剂师”。
近年来，新的抗癌药物接连被开发出来，与传统药物结合治疗效果有所改善。然而，药物副作用也应关注，且对“药物治疗专家”的需求日益增长，他们与医生合作，提供用药指导并监测副作用。
因此，日本医院药师协会设立了“肿瘤专科药师”和“癌症药理学认证药师”。关于两者的区别，首先是“认证药剂师”，更专业的资格是“专科药剂师”。截至2020年1月17日，认证药剂师为170人，专科药剂师为56人（截至2019年10月27日），人数仍然不多。
在《Kenko Kawara》第48卷的专栏中，我们介绍了由各专业专业人士组成的营养管理团队NST（营养支持团队），其中还包括药剂师（因为输液被视为药物治疗）。我们已进入一个不仅是制药专家，还有营养专家加入团队的时代。

当社は、昨年11月、天津市に中国事務所を開設しました。
当事務所では現地の市場調査、各種法令・許認可手続きについての情報収集を行っています。すでに当社は当事務所からの情報を得ながら天津や北京など複数の製薬会社と商品の取り扱いについて契約を進めています。
当社では、すでにアメリカ、ヨーロッパ、タイに現地法人を設立して販売活動を展開していますが、アジアにおいてはシンガポール、マレーシア等の東南アジア諸国に加え新たにインド市場でも現地企業との業務提携により本格的な販売が開始されることになっています。
◎米国現地法人がサプリメント関連学会に出展
当社米国現地法人Daiwa Health Development Inc.社は、1月17 日～20日の3日間、カリフォルニア州サンディエゴで開催されたScripps 5th Annual Natural Supplements An Evidence-Based Update（主催 Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine）に主要商品を出展しました。
Scrippsはサンディエゴ地域をベースに健康サービスを提供するNPO法人で臨床医や看護婦、薬剤師などヘルスケアの専門家を対象にサプリメントに関する新知見、臨床例に関する情報提供や啓蒙を行っています。
ＤＨＤ社では、バイオブラン（米ぬかアラビノキシラン誘導体）含有の医科向け製品「BRM4」を出展しましたが、熱心なドクターからいろいろ質問を受けるなど、入場者の関心の高さがうかがえました。
今後同社は4月23日から始まる米国アンチエイジング医学会（A4M）で医師によるバイオブランに関する最新知見の発表とブース出展を予定、医科向けルートの販売促進に努めたい、としています。
■統合医療新着情報
【２４】職種から見た統合医療の流れ
医療の現場で「専門薬剤師」という、特定の分野でより高度な知識と技能を有する人が活躍するようになってきました。がん関連で言えば、「がん専門薬剤師」「がん薬物療法認定薬剤師」があります。
近年、新たな抗がん剤が次々と開発され、それらを従来の薬と組み合わせることで治療成績が向上してきました。しかし、薬は副作用にも注意が必要であり、医師とともに服薬指導、副作用の把握などに従事する「薬物療法のスペシャリスト」が必要になってきました。
そこで、日本病院薬剤師会認定の「がん専門薬剤師」と「がん薬物療法認定薬剤師」が誕生したということです。両者の違いですが、まず「認定薬剤師」があり、より専門性の高い資格が「専門薬剤師」となります。認定薬剤師が170名（20年1月17日現在）、専門薬剤師56名（19年10月27日現在）と、まだ決して多いとは言えない数です。
健康かわら版vol.48のこのコラムで紹介した、さまざまな専門職による栄養管理チームＮＳＴ（ニュートリション・サポートチーム）にも、薬剤師が参画しているケースがあります（輸液は医薬品扱いのため）。医薬品だけではなく、栄養ついても専門家がチームの一員として参加する時代になりました。
そして、これまでのように医師を頂点としたピラミッド型の医療から、専門職種のチームによる医療へ。これも統合医療の流れのひとつといえます。

Last November, we opened a China office in Tianjin.
Our office conducts local market research and gathers information on various laws, regulations, and licensing procedures. We have already obtained information from our office and are advancing contracts with multiple pharmaceutical companies in Tianjin, Beijing, and other regions regarding product handling.
Our company has already established local subsidiaries in the United States, Europe, and Thailand to conduct sales activities, and in Asia, in addition to Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore and Malaysia, full-scale sales are set to begin in India through business partnerships with local companies.

Our U.S. local subsidiary, Daiwa Health Development Inc., showcased its main products at the Scripps 5th Annual Natural Supplements An Evidence-Based Update (hosted by the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine), held in San Diego, California over three days, January 17~20.
Scripps is an NPO based in the San Diego area that provides health services, providing new insights and information on supplements to healthcare professionals such as clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists, as well as information and case studies.
DHD exhibited the medical product "BRM4," which contains Biobran (rice bran arabinoxylane derivative), and the high level of interest among visitors was evident, as they received various questions from enthusiastic doctors.
Going forward, the company plans to present the latest findings on bio-bran by physicians and exhibit a booth at the American Society for Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) starting April 23, aiming to promote sales of medical channels.

[24] The Flow of Integrative Medicine from the Perspective of Occupation
In medical settings, "specialist pharmacists," who possess more advanced knowledge and skills in specific fields, have become increasingly active. In the field of cancer, there are "cancer specialist pharmacists" and "certified cancer drug therapy pharmacists."
In recent years, new anticancer drugs have been developed one after another, and combining them with conventional drugs has improved treatment outcomes. However, it is important to pay attention to side effects with medication, and there has been a growing need for 'drug therapy specialists' who work alongside doctors to provide medication guidance and monitor side effects.
Thus, the Japan Hospital Pharmacists Association has established the "Oncology Specialist Pharmacist" and the "Cancer Pharmacology Certified Pharmacist." Regarding the difference between the two, first, there is the "Certified Pharmacist," and the more specialized qualification is the "Specialist Pharmacist." There are 170 certified pharmacists (as of January 17, 2020) and 56 Specialist Pharmacists (as of October 27, 2019), which is still not a large number.
In this column in Kenko Kawara vol.48, we introduced the nutrition management team of various professionals NST (Nutrition Support Team), which also includes pharmacists (since infusions are treated as pharmaceuticals). We have entered an era where experts not only in pharmaceuticals but also in nutrition are now part of the team.
And now, from the pyramid-shaped medical system where doctors have been at the top as before, to medical care by teams of specialists. This is also one of the trends in integrative medicine.
