由同京医科大学法医学系市杉正人博士共同研究纯化的金头核菌培养坚果菌“NKCP”的学术论文已被日本生物流变学会接受，计划发表于今年期刊第21卷第1期。“NKCP”的一个主要特点是含有“肽F”，近年来取代了传统的“纳豆激酶”而备受关注。它具有三重功能：（1）溶栓作用，（2）抗凝作用，（3）降低血液粘度。作为一种降低血栓风险的新型功能性食品，它正受到各领域的关注，作为一种新的功能性食品。
论文总结了“NKCP”主要成分与传统含纳豆激酶物质的分子量和抗凝作用的比较。论文标题如下。
「功能性食品材料的抗凝和纤维蛋白溶解作用
由Bacillus subtilis natto生产”
（来自坚果菌的功能性食品成分具有抗凝和纤维蛋白溶解作用）

[14] 关于癌症的痛苦
当你想到“癌症疼痛”时，你可能会想到它是终末期，但癌症的一个症状是即使不是晚期，疼痛也能感受到。这些患者是否已经充分缓解了他们的疼痛？似乎并非所有患者都对这个答案说“是”。
这是因为《癌症控制基本法》第16条将于今年四月生效，规定“旨在缓解疼痛的医疗（toutu = 疼痛）应当从早期适当提供”。这难道不是因为实际情况尚未得到充分处理，以至于必须在法律中明确说明吗？
庆应义塾大学及其他医学团体对431名癌症治疗医生进行的调查也强调了这一点。调查中，超过60%的医生回答：“在进行（治愈性）癌症治疗时，疼痛治疗也会同时进行，且不到10%的患者会接受疼痛治疗。”
其中一个原因是医生与患者之间的脱节。调查中，96%的医生以“患者抱怨”作为开始服用强效止痛药的标准。另一方面，当同一组询问患者时，有些人认为“开始姑息治疗=停止癌症治疗”以及“没有积极向医生提出疼痛治疗”。如果你感到疼痛，为什么不尽早咨询你的主治医生？

◎獨協医科大学のＮＫＣＰ論文が日本バイオレオロジー学会誌に掲載されます。
精製ナットウ菌培養物「ＮＫＣＰ」の共同研究先、獨協医科大学法医学教室・一杉正仁先生の学術論文が日本バイオレオロジー学会に受理され、本年度の当学会誌21巻第1号に掲載される予定です。「ＮＫＣＰ」は従来の”ナットウキナーゼ”に代わっていま新たに注目されている”バチロペプチダーゼＦ”を含有していることが大きな特徴であり、①血栓溶解作用、②抗凝固作用、③血液粘度低下作用という３つの作用（トリプルファンクション）を有することから、血栓症リスクを低減する新しい機能性食品として各方面から注目されています。
論文には「ＮＫＣＰ」と従来のナットウキナーゼ含有物質の主成分の分子量や抗凝固作用の比較についてまとめられています。論文タイトルは下記のとおりです。
「Anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effects of functional food materials
produced by Bacillus subtilis natto」
（ナットウ菌由来の機能性食品素材の抗凝固・線溶作用）

【１４】がんの痛みについて
「がんの痛み」というと末期のイメージがあるかもしれませんが、がんの症状の一つとして、末期ではなくても痛みを感じる場合があります。そういった患者さんは、痛みを十分和らげてもらっているのでしょうか。答えは、全員がイエスだとは言えないようです。
なぜなら、この4月に施行される「がん対策基本法」の第16条に「疼痛（とうつう＝痛み）等の緩和を目的とする医療が早期から適切に行われるようにすること」との文言が。わざわざ法律に明記しなくてはならないくらい、現実にはうまく対処されていないということではないでしょうか。
慶応大学ほかの医師グループが、がん治療に携わる医師431人に行った調査でも、それが浮き彫りになっています。アンケートで6割以上の医師が「がんの（根治的な）治療をする時に痛みの治療を並行して行うのは、（受け持ち患者の）1割未満に過ぎない」と答えたのでした。
理由の一つに、医師と患者の意思のずれがあります。調査では、強い鎮痛薬を使い始める基準として、96%の医師が挙げたのが「患者の訴え」。一方、同グループが患者サイドに聞くと、「緩和ケアの開始＝がん治療の中止」という意識から「積極的に痛みの治療を医師に訴えない」と声もあるとのこと。痛みがあったら主治医に早めに相談されてはいかがでしょう。

◎ The NKCP paper from Dokkyo Medical University will be published in the Journal of the Japanese Society of Bioreology.
The academic paper by Dr. Masahito Ichisugi from the Department of Forensic Medicine, Dokkyo Medical University, who jointly researched purified Nuthatch cultured Nut bacteria "NKCP," has been accepted by the Japanese Society of Biorheology and is scheduled to be published in this year's journal, Volume 21, Issue 1. A major feature of "NKCP" is that it contains "batyropeptide F," which has recently attracted attention instead of conventional "nattokinase." It has three functions (triple function): (1) thrombolytic effect, (2) anticoagulant effect, and (3) blood viscosity reduction effect. As a new functional food that reduces the risk of thrombosis, it is attracting attention from various fields as a new functional food.
The paper summarizes a comparison of the molecular weight and anticoagulant effects of the main components of "NKCP" and conventional nattokinase-containing substances. The paper titles are as follows.

[14] About the pain of cancer
When you think of 'cancer pain,' you might imagine it as terminal stage, but one symptom of cancer is that pain can be felt even if it is not in the terminal stage. Are these patients sufficiently relieving their pain? It seems that not all patients are saying yes to the answer.
This is because Article 16 of the Basic Act on Cancer Control, which will come into effect this April, states that 'medical care aimed at alleviating pain (toutu = pain) should be provided appropriately and from an early stage.' Isn't this a case where the actual situation has not been well addressed to the point that it has to be explicitly stated in the law?
This was also highlighted in a survey conducted by Keio University and other medical groups among 431 doctors involved in cancer treatment. In the survey, over 60% of doctors answered, "When performing (curative) cancer treatment, pain treatment is also performed in parallel, and less than 10% of patients are treated with pain."
One reason is the disconnect between doctors and patients. In the survey, 96% of doctors cited "patient complaints" as a criterion for starting strong painkillers. On the other hand, when the same group asked patients, some voiced the belief that "starting palliative care = discontinuing cancer treatment" and "not actively appealing pain treatment to doctors." If you experience pain, why not consult your primary doctor early?
