我们公司在巴基斯坦举办了一场关于生物麸皮的讲座。（2月13日）
这次，我们邀请了来自美国的阿里医生与大约40位外科医生及其他人交流。
该校所在地道氏大学拥有全国顶尖医学院之一，并与卡拉奇市政医院——最大的医院——有合作关系。
题为“Biobran免疫系统与NK细胞活性”的讲座受到了与会讲师的热烈欢迎，圆满结束。
■ 整合医学最新信息 [49 期末] 整合医学的未来
在去年夏天的众议院选举中，民主党制定了“建立和推广整合医学”的医疗政策。在该立场中，民主党表示：“从预防角度来看，我们将为补充和替代医学如甘方医学、健康补充剂和草药疗法（省略）建立科学证据，作为整合医学。”
这成为一项开创性的事件，执政党开始推动综合医疗。
根据本届政府的意图，厚生劳动与福利部于二月成立了一个综合医学项目小组，负责考虑具体举措。
随着疾病结构的变化、对健康的日益关注以及互联网的普及，政府意识到现有医疗框架本身无法充分满足医疗消费者的需求，终于开始采取行动。
在此背景下，需要关于补充医学和替代医学的科学数据。从另一个角度看，拥有这些数据的食品成分，以及愿意生产这些数据的公司和组织，很可能会保留。同时，也需要考虑混合医疗护理作为医疗保险体系一部分的问题。

现在，关于季节性食材“竹笋”，它不像“春”（季节）的字吗？与其他食材相比，“笋”生长速度快得多，但它们的“季节”很短，发芽超过十天（顺日）后会变成竹子，因此得名“笋”。

当社はパキスタンにてバイオブランの講演会を開催しました。(2月13日)
今回は米国から、Dr.Aliを招いて約40名の外科医などを対象にお話いただきました。
会場のDow大学は同国ではトップクラスの医学部を持ち、最も大きい病院であるカラチ市民病院と提携しています。
「バイオブランの免疫システムとNK細胞活性」と題した講演は受講された先生方にとても好評で、成功裏に終えることができました。
■統合医療新着情報【49 最終回】これからの統合医療
昨年夏の衆院選で、民主党は医療政策のひとつに「統合医療の確立ならびに推進」を掲げました。そこでは「漢方、健康補助食品やハーブ療法（中略）といった相補・代替医療について、予防の観点から、統合医療として科学的根拠を確立します」とうたっています。
政権与党が統合医療の推進に乗り出すという、画期的な出来事となりました。
こうした政権の意向に沿う形で、2月には厚生労働省内に統合医療プロジェクトチームが設けられ、具体的な取り組みを検討していくことになりました。
疾病構造の変化や健康への関心の高まり、インターネットの普及などにより既存の医療の枠組みだけでは医療消費者のニーズに十分応えられないことに、国も気づいてようやく動き始めたといえます。
その中で求められるものはといえば、相補・代替医療の科学的なデータです。見方を変えれば、そのようなデータを有する食品素材や、そしてそれを生み出していく姿勢のある企業や団体が残っていくのでしょう。それとともに、医療保険制度として、混合診療の問題を検討していく必要があるでしょう。

さて、旬の食材の「たけのこ（筍）」ですが、「旬」という字に似ている気がしませんか？他の食材に比べてとても成長が早い「たけのこ」は「旬」が短く、芽を出して十日（旬日）もすぎると竹になることから「筍」とされたそうです。
少し話が脱線しましたが、肝心の栄養成分はビタミンB1が比較的多く含まれています。食物繊維の供給源としても優れていますので、御浸しや煮物にすればお通じの改善にも適しています。
旬の食材を楽しみながら、健康に役立てましょう！

Our company held a BioBran lecture in Pakistan (February 13).
We invited Dr. Ali from the United States to speak to about 40 participants including surgeons.
The venue, Dow University, has one of the top medical schools in the country and is affiliated with Karachi Civil Hospital, the largest hospital in the city.
The lecture titled "BioBran, Immune System, and NK Cell Activity" was very well received by the participating doctors and concluded successfully.
■ Integrated Medicine News [49, Final Edition] The Future of Integrated Medicine
In last summer’s House of Representatives election, the Democratic Party included "Establishment and Promotion of Integrated Medicine" among its medical policies. It stated that "for complementary and alternative medicine such as Kampo (traditional Japanese medicine), health supplements, and herbal therapy (…), scientific evidence will be established from a preventative perspective as integrated medicine."
This marks a groundbreaking event with the ruling party taking the initiative to promote integrated medicine.
In line with this government intent, an Integrated Medicine Project Team was established within the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in February to examine concrete initiatives.
This indicates that the government has finally recognized that existing medical frameworks alone cannot sufficiently meet the needs of healthcare consumers due to changes in disease structures, increased interest in health, and the spread of the internet.
What is required in this context is scientific data on complementary and alternative medicine. In other words, the companies or organizations that possess such data or have the approach to producing it will likely remain. At the same time, it will be necessary to examine the issue of mixed medical practice as part of the health insurance system.

How did you find this month’s email newsletter?
Now, regarding this month’s seasonal ingredient, "bamboo shoots," don’t you think the kanji character for ‘shoot’ resembles the character for ‘season’? Unlike other ingredients, bamboo shoots grow very quickly, and their season is short. Once they sprout and ten days (a旬日) pass, they become bamboo, which is why they came to be called "筍."
Slightly digressing, the important nutritional components include a relatively high amount of vitamin B1. They are also excellent sources of dietary fiber, making them suitable for improving bowel movements when prepared as boiled vegetables or seasoned greens.
Let’s enjoy seasonal ingredients while promoting good health!
