我们公司于5月20日在东京国际论坛举办了一场讲座，以纪念论文集《BioBran/MGN-3：基础及替代与补充疗法的应用》（Pharmaceutical Publishing）的出版。
该论文集由丰山医药大学（现富山大学）名誉教授田泽健二指导，是十多年国内外关于Biobran（稻糠阿拉伯氧基衍生物）论文与会议的成果，作为合集出版受到各领域高度需求。
来自日本各地近150位医生、研究人员及其他人士齐聚一堂。开场时，我们的会长分享了将安全性和证据放在首位的企业精神，以及BioBran已在全球38个国家销售，拓展了销售渠道，成为全球产品。接着，三位教授从各自的视角发表了与BioBran相关的讲座。
本书导师田泽名誉教授特别介绍了“BioBran活性氧物种消除”的最新研究成果。名誉院长小尾良一（小散产经医院）以“临床视角”为题，介绍了医院为癌症患者提供的整体医学及医院内的Biobran。
此外，关于“整合”和“患者兴奋”重要性的话题，如医患整合、医疗护理与健康护理以及生与死，也引起了与会者的浓厚兴趣。滨松医科大学第一病理学的远藤裕三博士发表了题为“Bioblan对生物防御的调控效应”的讲座。
我们得出结论，具有抗炎和抗氧化特性的免疫调节生物胰的效果不仅适用于癌症，还可用于预防生活方式相关疾病和抗衰老。
活动结束后，许多与会者向讲师提问，使得这场讲座获得了比预期更多的反响。

我们特别致力于提升核心产品在海外的声誉，现已宣布在两个亚洲国家全面开展销售。
在印度，我们已与Elder Pharmaceutical（孟买）建立商业联盟，开始销售旗舰产品Bio Bran和NKCP。
Elder Pharmaceutical是一家成立于1989年的制药制造和销售公司，由于其产品面向印度的诊所和医院销售，因此其进入这些渠道备受期待。
在印度，解决长期存在的感染控制措施和补充维生素和矿物质缺乏已成为首要任务。然而，近年来，营养补充剂的概念逐渐普及，曾经罕见的补充剂和功能性食品开始从海外进口和销售。

[6] 大学医院开始抗衰老医学
抗衰老医学积极预防和治疗衰老现象，旨在实现健康的长寿。
由于它有助于预防各种疾病，因此被视为“终极预防医学”，近年来引起了关注（参见《电子健康河原禁》第1~6卷）。
越来越多的医院开始开展抗衰老医疗治疗，首先引入了“抗衰老筛查”，评估免疫功能、抗氧化能力和激素平衡，大学附属医院也终于介入了。
从6月20日起，“抗衰老筛查”将在东京涩谷东海大学医院开始。
抗衰老筛查会检测患者的衰老程度，并根据结果提供饮食、生活方式、锻炼和补充剂使用方面的建议。
根据检查项目，课程分为两种，进阶（A）课程为121,800日元，基础（B）课程为88,200日元（均含税）。课程实行完全预约制。
抗衰老医疗受到关注的背景是，少子老龄化社会和医疗费用控制的趋势使医疗基础从“治疗”转向“预防”，以及医疗机构竞争时代的到来等情况。

◎「バイオブラン」論文集の出版記念講演会を開催
当社は論文集「BioBran／MGN-３ 基礎と代替・補完療法への応用」の出版（医薬出版）を記念した講演会を、５月２０日東京国際フォーラムで開催しました。
富山医科薬科大学（現 富山大学）田澤賢次名誉教授の監修によるこの論文集は、バイオブラン（米ぬかアラビノキシラン誘導体）の10年余にわたる国内外の論文発表や学会発表を集大成したもので、論文集としての刊行は各方面から求められていました。
講演会には、全国の医師や研究者など１５０名近くが集まりました。冒頭で、当社社長が、安全とエビデンスを最優先するという企業精神や、バイオブランがすでに世界３８カ国で販売されてますます販路を拡大し、世界商品になっていることを披露。引き続いて、三人の先生がそれぞれの立場からバイオブランに関わる講演をしました。
本書の監修者である田澤名誉教授は、「バイオブランの活性酸素消去」について最近の研究結果を具体的に説明。帯津良一名誉院長（帯津三敬病院）は、「臨床の立場から」と題して、同病院でがん患者に対して行われているホリスティック医療とその中に取り入れられるバイオブランについて解説しました。
また、医者と患者の統合、医療と養生の統合、生と死の統合といった「統合」や「患者のときめき」の重要性についての内容は、出席者の関心を呼びました。遠藤雄三先生（浜松医科大学第一病理）は、「バイオブランの生体防御調整作用」と題して講演。
抗炎症作用や抗酸化作用のある免疫調整性のバイオブランの効果は、がんに限らず生活習慣病の予防や抗加齢全般にも敷衍できる、と結論づけました。
終了後、講師に質問する出席者も多く、予想以上に反響の大きい講演会となりました。

当社は、主力製品の評価を特に海外で高めていますが、この度アジア２カ国での本格的な販売を開始することになりました。
インドでは、Elder Pharmaceutical 社（ムンバイ）と業務提携して、当社の主力製品、バイオブラン、ＮＫＣＰの販売を開始します。
Elder Pharmaceutical は1989年設立の医薬品製造販売会社で、インド国内のクリニック、病院向けの販売をしていることから、これらのチャネルへの進出が期待されます。
インドでは、従来から続いている感染症対策をはじめ、ビタミン・ミネラル不足の補填が最重要課題になっておりますが、数年前から栄養補助食品の概念が徐々に定着して、今まで一般的でなかったサプリメントや機能性食品などが海外から輸入販売されるようになってきました。
中華人民共和国については、邦博医薬技術開発有限公司（北京）と業務提携し、主力製品、バイオブランの販売を開始しました。
バイオブランは、「免疫力の増強」の効能ですでに保健食品（中国版トクホ）の認可を得ておりますが、極めて短期間での認可取得は、10年余りの販売実績に加え、豊富なデータが評価されたことに他なりません。
大和薬品では、バイオブランに引き続き、ＮＫＣＰなどについても販売を計画しています。

当社の現地法人DHD Europeは5月15日にスロバキアの首都ブラチスラバで欧州代理店会議を開催、14カ国が参加しバイオブラン、NKCPのマーケティングについて活発な討議が行われました。（この内容は次号以降で改めて紹介いたします。）

【６】大学病院が抗加齢医療を開始
老化現象を積極的に予防・治療し、健康長寿を目指す「抗加齢（アンチエイジング）医療」。
さまざまな病気を予防することにもつながるため「究極の予防医学」とされ、近年注目されています（「e-健康かわら版」vol．1～6参照）。
免疫能や抗酸化力、ホルモンバランスなどを調べる「抗加齢ドック」の導入を始め、抗加齢医療に取り組む病医院が増えてきていますが、ついに大学病院も乗り出しました。
6月20日から東海大学医学部付属東京病院（東京都渋谷区）で「抗加齢ドック」が開始されるのです。
抗加齢ドックで受診者の「老化度」を検査し、その検査結果をもとに食事・生活習慣・運動・サプリメント利用などについてアドバイスを行うという仕組みです。コースは検査項目によって2種類あり、アドバンス（A）コースが12万1,800円、ベーシック（B）コースが8万8,200円（いずれも税込）。完全予約制で実施します。
抗加齢医療が注目される背景には、少子高齢社会や医療費抑制の流れで医療の基盤が「治療から予防」へと動いていること、それに医療機関の競争時代の到来といった事情があります。

Our company held a lecture on May 20 at the Tokyo International Forum to commemorate the publication of the paper collection "BioBran/MGN-3: Applications to Basics and Alternative and Complementary Therapies" (Pharmaceutical Publishing).
This collection of papers, supervised by Professor Emeritus Kenji Tazawa of Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University (now University of Toyama), is a culmination of over ten years of domestic and international papers and conferences on Biobran (rice bran arabinoxylane derivative), and publication as a collection was in high demand from various fields.
Nearly 150 doctors, researchers, and others from across Japan gathered for the lecture. At the beginning, our president shared the corporate spirit of prioritizing safety and evidence, and how BioBran is already sold in 38 countries worldwide, expanding its sales channels and becoming a global product. Next, three professors gave lectures related to BioBran from their respective perspectives.
Professor Emeritus Tazawa, the supervisor of this book, specifically explained recent research findings on "BioBran Reactive Oxygen Species Elimination." Honorary Director Ryoichi Obitsu (Obitsu Sankei Hospital) explained the holistic medicine provided for cancer patients at the hospital and the Biobran included in the hospital under the title "From a Clinical Perspective."
Additionally, topics on the importance of 'integration' and 'patient excitement,' such as integration between doctor and patient, medical care and health care, and life and death, attracted significant interest from attendees. Dr. Yuzo Endo (First Pathology, Hamamatsu Medical University) gave a lecture titled 'The Regulatory Effects of Bioblan on Biological Defense.'
We concluded that the effects of immunomodulatory biobran, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, can be extended not only to cancer but also to the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and anti-aging in general.
After the event, many attendees asked the lecturers questions, making it a lecture that received even greater response than expected.

◎ Establishing new sales channels in Asia
We have been particularly enhancing the reputation of our core products overseas, and we have now announced the start of full-scale sales in two Asian countries.
In India, we have formed a business alliance with Elder Pharmaceutical (Mumbai) to begin sales of our flagship products, Bio Bran and NKCP.
Elder Pharmaceutical is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales company established in 1989, and since it sells to clinics and hospitals within India, its entry into these channels is highly anticipated.
In India, addressing long-standing infection control measures and supplementing vitamin and mineral deficiencies have become top priorities. However, in recent years, the concept of nutritional supplements has gradually taken hold, and supplements and functional foods, which were previously uncommon, have begun to be imported and sold from overseas.
For the People's Republic of China, we have formed a business alliance with Bangbo Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Beijing) and have started selling our flagship product, Bio Bran products.
Biobran has already been approved as a health food (the Chinese version of Tokuho) for its effects of "boosting immunity," but obtaining approval in such a short period is nothing less than the evaluation of over ten years of sales experience and abundant data.
Daiwa Pharmaceutical plans to sell products such as NKCP, following Bio Blanc.

Our local subsidiary, DHD Europe, held a European Distributor Conference on May 15 in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, where 14 countries participated in lively discussions on the marketing of Bioblan and NKCP. (This content will be introduced in future issues and later.) ）

[6] University Hospital Begins Anti-Aging Medicine
Anti-aging medicine that actively prevents and treats aging phenomena and aims for healthy longevity.
Because it helps prevent various diseases, it is regarded as the "ultimate preventive medicine" and has attracted attention in recent years (see "e-Health Kawara-ban" vol.1~6).
More hospitals are starting with anti-aging medical treatments, starting with the introduction of 'anti-aging screenings' that assess immune function, antioxidant capacity, and hormone balance, and university hospitals have finally stepped in.
Starting June 20, the "Anti-Aging Screening" will begin at Tokai University Tokyo Hospital (Shibuya, Tokyo).
The anti-aging screening tests the patient's degree of aging, and based on the results, they provide advice on diet, lifestyle habits, exercise, and supplement use.
There are two types of courses depending on the examination items: the Advanced (A) course costs 121,800 yen, and the Basic (B) course costs 88,200 yen (both including tax). The courses are available by appointment only.
The attention toward anti-aging medical care stems from factors such as the shift from treatment to prevention in the healthcare foundation due to a declining birthrate and aging society and the trend to control medical costs, as well as the arrival of a competitive era for medical institutions.
