由美国爱因斯坦大学医学院外科教授新谷弘美博士主讲，他将基于预防医学的“神谷健康长寿法”推广到全球，并在国内外都备受赞誉，在东京和名古屋举办了特别讲座（由Healthy Wave主办），我们公司再次全力配合，展出并展示主要产品。

我们的美国本地子公司大和健康发展（DHD USA）将于3月23日至26日在加利福尼亚州阿纳海姆举办的为期四天的Natural Product Expo West展出。该展览是美国最大的天然食品贸易展，每年春季在阿纳海姆举行，秋季在华盛顿举办，共有1200家公司参与，春秋两季约有4万名访客。
DHD USA于去年七月推出了PeakImmune4，一种生物麸混合物，美国各地的分销门店迅速扩展。这一次，我们将继续参与，旨在进一步提升产品认知度并提高配送率。

[3] 指压对下背痛有持久效果
许多人可能都在与下背痛作斗争。一般来说，骨科诊所会开具口服止痛药和敷料，以及热疗和拖车等物理治疗。西医之外的其他治疗方法包括针灸、按摩疗法和指压疗法。其中，上个月台湾的一个研究团队报告称，指压比物理治疗更有效，效果更持久。
受试者为129名慢性下背痛患者（年龄18~81岁）。他们被随机分为两组，接受指压或物理治疗（如热疗或电刺激）一个月。由一名指压治疗师负责指压治疗，最大限度减少技术差异。一个月后，指压组在疼痛严重程度、缺勤频率及日常生活影响方面明显改善。停药五个月后，另一项症状调查显示指压组的效果进一步改善。

当社の米国現地法人、Daiwa Health Development（DHD USA）社は、3月23日～26日と4日間、カリフォルニア州アナハイムにて行われるNatural Product Expo Wesｔに出展します。当展示会は米国最大規模の自然食品の展示会で、毎年春にアナハイム、秋にワシントンで開催され、1200企業が出展し、春秋併せて延べ約40000人が入場する展示会です。

【３】指圧は腰痛に持続的効果
腰痛に悩んでいる方は多いのではないでしょうか。一般的には、整形外科で痛み止めの飲み薬や湿布の処方、それに温熱やけん引などの理学療法が行われています。西洋医学以外の治療として、鍼灸やあんま、指圧などがありますが、その中で先月、指圧が理学療法よりも有効で効果が長続きするという結果が台湾の研究グループから報告されました。
対象となったのは129名の慢性腰痛患者（18～81歳）です。無作為に2つのグループに分け、指圧か理学療法（温熱や電気刺激など）を１カ月間受けてもらいました。指圧は１人の指圧師が担当し、技術のばらつきを抑えています。すると１カ月後には、痛みの程度、欠勤・欠席の頻度、日常生活への影響が指圧群の方が明らかに改善していました。そして、治療を止めた後５カ月経ってからもう１回症状を調査したところ、指圧群の効果はさらによくなっていました。
指圧が腰痛によいことはこれまでも知られていましたが、西洋医学的な評価法による研究はあまりなされていませんでした。ただし、研究グループが指摘しているように、指圧の効果は施術者の技術と経験に負うところがかなり大きいと思われます。
それを念頭に置き、資格（あん摩マッサージ指圧師）の有無や料金などを確認して受けるのがよいでしょう。

A special lecture by Dr. Hiromi Shintani (Professor of Surgery, Albert Einstein University School of Medicine, USA), who has popularized the 'Shinya Health Longevity Method' based on preventive medicine worldwide and is highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally, was held in Tokyo and Nagoya (hosted by Healthy Wave), and once again, our company fully cooperated to exhibit and exhibit our main products.

[3] Shiatsu has a lasting effect on lower back pain
Many people are probably struggling with lower back pain. Generally, orthopedic clinics prescribe oral painkillers and compresses, as well as physical therapies such as heat therapy and towing. Other treatments outside of Western medicine include acupuncture, massage therapy, and shiatsu. Among these, last month, a research group in Taiwan reported that shiatsu is more effective and has longer-lasting effects than physical therapy.
The subjects were 129 chronic lower back pain patients (aged 18~81). They were randomly divided into two groups and received either shiatsu or physical therapy (such as heat or electrical stimulation) for one month. A single shiatsu therapist was responsible for shiatsu, minimizing variations in technique. After one month, the shiatsu group showed clear improvements in pain severity, frequency of absences and absences, and impact on daily life. Then, five months after stopping treatment, another symptom survey showed that the shiatsu group's effects had improved even further.
It has long been known that shiatsu is good for lower back pain, but there has not been much research using Western medical evaluation methods. However, as the research group points out, the effectiveness of shiatsu seems to depend largely on the skill and experience of the practitioner.
With this in mind, it is advisable to check for qualifications (licensed massage shiatsu therapist) and fees before receiving treatment.
